I learn what good communication is.

I don’t want to overextend myself again. Following a tip from my sister, I find a job advert at the NEUSTART association for ‘Digital Communications’, 30 hours a week.

There I find work that has a deeper meaning for me than my previous world of advertising and marketing. What I previously knew about PR in theory becomes my new field of work. At NEUSTART, I learn what good communication means in the truest sense.

Who I communicate with

Media contacts aren’t my focus; social media users, website visitors and colleagues are.

This is joined by the communication with institutional contacts that begins during my time there: people in the justice system, the ministry, the federal states, other public bodies, NGOs and NPOs. Communication with the association’s many volunteers and employees is especially important to me.
