I take on more responsibility.

As Managing Partner, I look after business development, personnel, employer branding, marketing and PR. I continue to be responsible for strategy, planning, creative work and client consulting in an operational capacity.

What I see differently now

My media appearances quickly make me the face of the agency. I don’t share the stage. My way of overwhelming people with enthusiasm and drive probably contributes to my relationship with Markus becoming more difficult.

I never really seek the limelight. It presents itself, and I take it. I’m more focused in a live TV interview than during a planned shoot for a feature.
