I don’t miss the corporation.

After my exit, I lose touch with many people at Unilever. I stay in touch with Britta. I lose sight of Susanne and many others.

I never missed the corporation or its brands. But I missed the people from that time all the more.

This is how collaboration between brands and creatives should work for me: trusting one another, giving each other room, and standing together when the going gets tough. What remains isn’t the logos on a client list. It’s the people who made things possible.
